Capstone Pau Hana

Join us to celebrate the first cohort of the Kuleana AI Lab’s AI Accelerator. We’ve been working with a group of Kaua‘i small business owners in partnership with HTDC to develop their AI savvy - this informal capstone gathering highlights what our small-business participants built, learned, and where they’re headed next. We wanted to gather the community together to raise awareness and celebrate their work.

What’s happening

Cohort members will give short talks about their custom GPTs (mini AI “apps” they’ve built in support of their small businesses), sharing the problem they tackled, how they built it, and lessons learned. We’ll host a friendly panel discussion on practical AI for small businesses on Kaua‘i, with plenty of time for questions from the audience. Pupus will be served. The event is family friendly.

Who should come

Small business owners, educators, community organizers, and anyone curious about how AI can be useful here at home. If you’ve been wondering what AI looks like in real, local workflows, this is a great place to see it and ask questions.
